"Feels like my match settings get ignored"
The site is okay overall, but the match filters are limited and don’t always seem to follow what I picked. It feels like I filled everything out and nobody actually read the message.

I didn’t see many real people in my area at all. It kind of felt like the app was showing me random or inactive profiles just to keep me using it, which made the whole thing feel a bit pointless

I noticed quickly that there seem to be way fewer fake profiles. I kept thinking, okay, where are the usual weird scam messages? But they just weren’t popping up like before. It actually feels much safer and more normal to use

As someone who doesn’t love digging through account settings, I was relieved that most of it was simple to figure out. Changing settings was easy enough, though canceling took a little longer than I expected. Overall, not bad.

"Feels safe to use"
I’ve felt good about using it so far because it seems like they actually care about security. The login process and profile settings are easy enough to understand, and I haven’t gotten any strange emails or anything that made me feel suspicious after signing up. That kind of thing matters to me, maybe more than I realized, because once your info is out there it’s like... you just hope it’s being handled properly. So yeah, it makes me feel more comfortable keeping my details on there

I mostly used Chemistry.com from my phone, and it was decent. The pages loaded without much trouble, and checking messages was simple enough. It did feel a little clunky here and there, especially when moving between pages, but overall it worked fine for what I needed... not perfect, but good enough.

I accidentally signed up and, if I remember right, I reached out for a refund later that same day. Support replied quickly, and the money showed back up on my card within a few days. I was expecting it to turn into a whole hassle, but looking back, it was smooth. Definitely a 5-star experience for me...

I’ll admit I was a little torn because I’ve been using another app for a while and usually stick with what I know. But this made messaging feel really simple. I used Chemistry.com for about two months, and the billing part was mostly smooth. When I signed up, the price matched what I expected, and each charge came through on the same day of the month without any random extra fees popping up.

The only thing I’d say is to keep an eye on the auto-renewal. A few days before my next billing cycle, I decided to cancel, and it did go through, but I had to click around for a bit to find the right spot. Not a huge issue, just something I’d check sooner rather than later

I was kind of surprised that people seemed active on there. I got replies in what felt like maybe a few hours or so, faster than I expected. Definitely didn’t feel dead like some other sites I’ve tried.

"Personality test was a little hit or miss"
I tried chemistry.com mainly because I was curious about the personality test. Some of it felt on point like the parts about how I deal with stress and what I tend to look for in people. Other parts felt kind of broad and could probably apply to a lot of people. It was interesting to go through and not a waste of time but I wouldn’t say it totally nailed who I am. Decent overall just not super exact
